About the Event
BIC Fest is a climbing festival aimed at introducing children and young people to climbing. BIC Fest is for any child or young person with a physical disability or neurological condition, basically anything that might mean they need a bit of extra help to get on the wall.
BIC Fest is made of four climbing sessions from 12:30pm to 8:30pm at Redpoint Climbing Centre - the home of Bristol Inclusive Climbing. Across the day they have space for 35 new climbers to book on for a bespoke, supportive and fun climbing session.
Sessions are two hours long and are split into two parts:
First hour: a 1:1 bespoke and accessible climbing session with one of our experienced volunteers.
Second hour: a group Crazy Climb session with 6 other climbers run by the lovely Redpoint team.
