Waivers can be completed online on personal devices or in the centre on portable and fixed tablets.
Competency
There is a safety video for climbers to watch which is captioned. Competency is assessed via verbal and visual questioning.
Concession Pricing
Disability concession pricing and membership pricing is available at all times. Carers have free admission. Anyone who is just belaying does not pay entry either.

The centre has parking on two sides of the building - along Luckwell Road and Winterstoke Road. There are no designated disabled bays.
Public Transport Links
Parson Street Train Station is 0.2 miles away (please note this station does not have step free access). There is a bus stop outside the centre on Luckwell Road.

Layout & Access
The main front door is on the corner of Luckwell and Winterstoke Road. The reception area is down a few steps from the front door. There is a side entrance off Luckwell Road which allows ramped, level access to the centre. Get in touch with Redpoint before your visit to arrange use of this entrance. There is step free access via a few short steep ramps to the 2 largest climbing rooms (Red & Green room). There is step free access to the Crazy Climb waiting area and climbing area, with viewing possible from the waiting area.
There are 5 smaller bouldering and climbing areas that are accessed via stairs. The Blue and Yellow room are accessed halfway up the main staircase (with handrails and wide steps). The Cave and Taunton bouldering rooms are at the top of the main staircase. The Slab bouldering room is accessed via the Green room staircase (handrail on one side with narrower steeper steps).
All roped climbing areas have rubber crumb flooring. The bouldering rooms have large bouldering mats and the main staircase is wooden.
The main viewing areas are up the stairs. These staircases are not straight and have variable height steps.
Music
The centre play background music. They will turn the music down if requested at any time and will turn the music off if requested during off-peak times.

There are low-reach routes and boulder problems. Downclimb holds are on boulder walls.

Off-Peak hours are 10:00 - 16:00
Peak hours are 16:00 - 22:00
Routesetting Monday & Wednesdays in Off-Peak hours. Little Monkeys and Rock Monkey sessions are often in the Blue or Yellow rooms. The viewing area for these sessions is accessed via the back staircase (steep steps, handrail on one side, variable stair heights/ uneven steps) and then the Stretching Platform steps (very narrow, door at the bottom, handrail on one side). Please speak to us ahead of time to see if your child’s session could take place in the Red or Green rooms to allow step free viewing.
