Waivers can be completed online on your personal device or in the centre via fixed tablets.
Competency
First time climbers receive a short in-person briefing. Competency is assessed via verbal questions, visual questions or physical demonstrations.
Concession Pricing
Disability concession pricing is available at all times and there is a disability concession membership available.
There is free admission for carers.

There is an on-site car park with designated disabled bays marked out. The disabled spaces are directly in front of the building. The rest of the parking is in a large car park to the right of the building.

Layout & Access
There is an automatic door with no stairs to get into the venue. To access the upstairs, there is a lift. On the ground floor, there is the cafe and reception. The climbing is accessible through reception, this is all on one level, with bouldering, top ropes and auto belays in the same room.
Music
The centre will turn music down or off if requested at any time. They also hold SEN sessions where there is no music.
nICAS Ascend
They do not currently offer NICAS Ascend
Anything Else...
There are downclimb holds around the centre. They run inclusive SEN sessions on weekdays at 4pm and weekends at 9am. Routesetting happens on the same day every week and usually is finished before opening time - always on a Thursday and Friday morning. Peak times are at the weekends and Friday evenings. The staff have had disability inclusion training, and have had inclusive and adaptive climbing training with 2 hoist harnesses on site. A few of the staff are BSL competent.
