Waivers are completed in the centre on paper waivers.
Competency
Climbers must watch a safety video which is captioned. Competency is assessed via verbal questions, multiple choice questions and physical demonstrations.
Concession Pricing
Disability concession pricing and membership pricing is available at all times. Carers are admitted free of charge.

There is an onsite car park with 4 designated disabled bays marked out directly outside the entrance. Parking access is via Latimer Road, buzz the button for entry and ask for disabled parking.

The centre is near Latimer Road Underground Station (no step-free access). The nearest step free station is Wood Lane, which is a 20 minute bus ride away.
Local buses stop close to the complex, with dropped kerbs at nearby crossings.

Layout & Access
The main door is step-free with automatic double doors. The route from reception to the climbing walls is step-free. The climbing wall is predominately on one floor with access to all the roped lines as well as two bouldering areas. There is an additional bouldering area on a mezzanine level with no lift to this floor. The cafe is located by reception.
Music
The centre will turn background music down or off at any time if requested.
