Layout & Access
Access through the main door is step free. The centre is across two floors - the ground floor and a basement level. Access to the lower floor is via stairs, there is no lift. The lower floor can be accessed externally at street level.
Music
The centre always play background music but will turn music down or off at any time if requested.
