Waivers can be completed online on your personal device or in the centre via portable tablets.
Competency
Competency is assessed through verbal questioning, multiple choice questions and physical demonstrations.

Carers are admitted free of charge. There is no specific disability concession pricing.

There is an onsite car park. There are no designated disabled bays. There are two parking areas - the main car park which should be used is the higher of the two car parks.

There is a bus stop directly outside the mill the centre is located in. Rose Hill Train station is 1.3 miles away and Marple is 1.4 miles away.

Layout & Access
There are steps from the main car park into the centre. All doors in the centre are manual. There is a cafe space (not currently functioning, but should be soon) above reception, accessible only via stairs in reception. There is also a yoga studio on the floor above the cafe, again only accessible via stairs. Once in the centre there are 10m walls in the lower section, then up a small staircase to the 20m walls. There is a boulder room and training room in the basement, below the main lower section of the centre. These are only accessible via stairs. The traverse boulder and main boulder rooms are up another small staircase located in the upper section (20m walls). All the main bouldering, traverse boulder and gym are located on the same level. There are no lifts inside the centre.
Music
The centre will turn music down if requested at any time.
nICAS Ascend
They do not currently offer NICAS Ascend

Boulder route setting is available on the Griptonite app. Down climbs are available in most of the boulder rooms.
