Waivers can be signed in the centre via fixed tablets or online on personal devices.
Competency
Climbers must watch a safety video before climbing which is video captioned. Competency is them assessed through verbal questions before being signed off to climb.

Layout & Access
We are located on the ground floor of our building within a building estate. When you enter the centre, you can visit our reception, cafe and have full viewing access to our bouldering and roped climbing area. To access our shop via wheelchair, please speak to a member of staff who can assist with a ramp.
Music
The centre always have background music playing but they will turn it down or off if requested at any time.

Fire evacuation training for wheelchair users + instructors are trained in teaching SEN children and adults.
