Waiver Information
Waivers can be signed in the centre via fixed tablets or online on personal devices.
Competency
Climbers must watch a safety video before climbing which is video captioned. Competency is then assessed through verbal questions before being signed off to climb.

Layout & Access
We are located on the first floor of our building with lift access on the right hand side when you first come in. When you enter, you can access our cafe, kids wall, shop and changing facilities step-free. To gain wheelchair access to our matted area, where we have a pit in the middle plus a gym at the back of the centre, you can speak to a member of staff who can assist with a ramp.
Music
The centre always have background music playing but they will turn it down or off if requested at any time.

Fire evacuation training for wheelchair users + instructors are trained in teaching SEN children and adults.
