Waiver Information
Waivers can be signed in the centre via fixed tablets or online on personal devices.
Competency
Climbers must watch a safety video before climbing which is video captioned. Competency is them assessed through verbal questions before being signed off to climb.

Disability concession pricing is avaliable at all times alongside free carer admission.

Layout & Access
We are located on the ground floor of our building where you can enter into our reception and cafe space. You can access our ground floor climbing step-free and have partial viewing of the bouldering area. Our basement and mezzanine climbing will soon be accessible via lift once upgrades have been completed.
Music
The centre always have background music playing but they will turn it down or off if requested at any time.

Fire evacuation training for wheelchair users + instructors are trained in teaching SEN children and adults.
