Waiver Information
Waivers can be signed in the centre via fixed tablets or online on personal devices. Paper forms can also be used if necessary. There is a guardian consent form for adults unable to sign a waiver themselves which is only currently supplied in paper format.
Competency
Competency is assessed through verbal questioning and physical demonstrations.
Concession Pricing
There is no disability concession pricing available for disabled climbers. If an accompanying carer is climbing they may pay a concession rate, if they are not climbing, there is no fee.

The nearest train station is 15 minutes walk away. There are a range of bus stops within a 10 minute walk. There is a local bus service which stops 2 minutes walk away.

Layout & Access
There is step-free access into the building via a manual door.
The top rope wall is immediately on the right as you enter, with reception, cafe and toilets on your left. There's a very small step (roughly an inch) to approach the roped wall.
Further right is a small set of stairs that leads you to the traverse wall and warm up area. There's free weights and assorted warming up materials up there.
The bouldering wall is through the main archway as you enter. The matting is raised and there isn't a point of access without a step up to it. Similarly, the circuit boards and training board which are down the right hand side of the building also require a step to access.
Music
The centre always has background music playing but they will turn it down or off if requested at any time.
