Competency
Climbers must watch a safety video before climbing which is video captioned. Competency is them assessed through verbal questions before being signed off to climb.

Layout & Access
We have a couple of small steps at the entrance to gain access to the ground floor climbing area which is entirely open. Upstairs we have a mezzanine viewing area with cafe seating alongside our gym and training facilities.

The centre always have background music playing but they will turn it down or off if requested at any time.
