There is a small car park on the road leading up to The Arc (charges apply). There is free disabled parking directly outside the climbing centre. Press the intercom at the barrier to request access to this.

Layout & Access
There is a short slope up to the main door. The main door is automatic and leads into the reception area and cafe. There is step free access into all areas of the climbing centre. There are two bouldering areas. The upstairs area walls contain a traversing wall and routes set with kids and beginners in mind. The downstairs wall contains a small overhang. There is a roped wall area with multiple auto-belays, top rope and lead rope walls. There is one 'catch & hold' auto-belay device. There is lift access throughout the centre.

The upstairs bouldering room contains some kid friendly climbs and a traversing wall. Fire evacuation training for wheelchair users + instructors are trained in teaching SEN children and adults.
