There is an onsite car park with designated disabled bays. From the centre - "Our car park is free and customers do not need to enter their registration. There are no time restrictions. In the back of our car park there is a red line - any spaces past the red line belong to a cruise company, and are not to be used by customers of TCH Southampton. Our spaces include the entire front car park, and any spaces hugging the building around the side and back. There is a map available at the front of the building to show where you can park. "
Public Transport Links
There is a bus stop less than a minutes walk away from which buses head west, and a bus stop just five minutes away (using an underpass which has a relatively steep ramp) from which buses head east. The nearest train station is Millbrook, which is an 18 minute walk or 5 minute cycle. The centre is also located along the SCN1 Western Cycle Freeway, which is a part of the Southampton Cycle Network, and provides safe routes for cyclists travelling through the city centre.

Layout & Access
The main door is step-free and manual. The front door can be seen from the front desk so staff can easily assist if needed. Usually one of the doors is locked, but this can easily be opened by staff. The centre is all on one level.
Music
The centre play background music and will turn the music down if requested at any time and off if requested in off-peak times.

They do not currently offer NICAS Ascend
Anything Else...
Downclimb holds are used across the centre. The centre is usually quietest from opening to 5pm on weekdays. Setting takes place every Monday from 10am - 6pm. All staff have undergone diversity training and management have completed a training course in Understanding Diversity, Equality and Inclusion.
