Layout & Access
There is level access into the reception. The climbing walls are on the ground floor with step-free access to the bouldering mats. There is an accessible toilet and shower downstairs. The cafe and shop are also on the ground floor. The male and female toilets and changing rooms are on the second floor. There is no lift to this floor.
Music
The centre will turn down background music at anytime if requested.

They do not currently offer NICAS Ascend

There are downclimbs throughout the centre. The centre is stripped on a Monday and set on a Tuesday. Peak times are after 4pm on weekdays and before 4pm on weekends. There are tagged 'kid friendly climbs' which are set for a shorter reach. The centre runs a weekly disability inclusive group - contact the centre directly to find out more about this.
