Competency
Competency is assessed through verbal and visual questioning and physical demonstrations. There is a safety video to watch which is captioned.

The centre is adjacent to a local authority public car park which is pay and display. There are wide bays available at the side of the buildings. Level access from the car park is difficult, as it is surrounded by a single height kerb. For level access from a vehicle, it is recommended to use the bays at the side of the building.

Layout & Access
The main doors are automatic. The climbing centre is across multiple floors and there is lift access to all levels. Rubber matting up to all the roped walls are ramped or level access. Music
The centre do not have music. People are welcome to bring their own small personal speakers.
