Waivers can be completed online on personal devices or in the centre via fixed or portable tablets.
Competency
Climbers must watch a safety video before climbing which is video captioned. Competency is then assessed through verbal questions before being signed off to climb.

Layout & Access
There is one step into the entrance with no ramp available. The main door is manual. There is an alternative level access route available via shutter doors which can be arranged by speaking to staff. There is a bouldering wall on the ground floor and a training area on a mezzanine level. There is no lift to this floor. The cafe is also on the ground floor.
Music
The centre play background music and will turn it down if requested at any time.

They do not currently offer NICAS Ascend

There are downclimbs in the centre. Peak times are weekday evenings, 6pm onwards.
