Competency
There is a safety video for climbers to watch which is captioned. Competency is assessed via verbal, visual questioning and physical demonstrations.

Layout & Access
There is level access into the building. The front door is manual. All the climbing areas and cafe are on the ground floor. There is an additional room upstairs which is used for parties and yoga. There is no lift access to this floor.

The centre play music but will turn it down if requested at any time.

There are downclimbs around the centre. The centre is open from 9am (1 hour early) on the first Saturday of each month for disabled & SEN climbers and there families. All setting days are available on a blackboard by reception. The wall owner is a BSL interpreter.
