Waiver Information
Waivers can be completed online on personal devices, in the centre via fixed or portable tablets or on paper.
Competency
There is an optional safety video for climbers to watch which is captioned. Climbers who are only bouldering have their competency assessed through verbal questions. Climbers using the autobelay are assessed through practical and visual questions.

There is onsite parking but there are no designated disabled bays marked out. Parking is limited & runs out fast. They can reserve spaces in advance (24 hours notice minimum needed) if requested by email. There are alternative parking options nearby which can result in an up to 10-minute walk back to the centre itself.
Public Transport Links
Harrow on the Hill Station is a step-free station and is a 10 minute walk away. There is also a bus station here. There is a bus stop on Neptune Road which is approximately 400 metres away from the centre.

Layout & Access
The main door is a manual push / pull double door and is level access. All of the climbing is on the ground floor of the building - accessible via the main entrance; there are 3 mezzanines within the building which contain the café and 2 separate training areas - there are no lifts to these mezzanines.
There are hard-floor walk ways between the climbing areas and rubber crumbed areas with ramps around the traverse wall which will need to be navigated to reach all parts of the centre.
For café use, they take orders on the ground floor and are happy to deliver food to wherever is desired within the building.
Music
The centre always has background music playing but they will turn it down if requested at any time.
nICAS Ascend
They do not currently offer NICAS Ascend
Anything Else...
There is a low reach climbing area -"Font Area" is set with low reach in mind and comprises of around 100 blocs.
There are downclimb holds throughout the centre and the VB-V0 blocs are spaced around the boulders so they're nearly always accessible from other climbs.
UKPC host a social at HarroWall around once a month on a Wednesday.
HarroWall post routesetting information on their social media & there's a sign in the centre showing the next 6-9 weeks of routesetting planned. Stripping & setting will generally take place Tues/Weds/Thurs 08:00 - 17:00.
There aren't any designated quiet times, but they're happy to turn music down/off at request; this can also be done per area if preferred.
Peak times are 4-9pm Mon - Fri & 10:00 - 17:00 Sat/Sun.
They also run our "Magic Time" which is entry for £7.50 on Friday evenings from 20:00 - the centre is very busy at those times.
All of the instruction staff have inclusive climbing training as part of their instructor training.
A few staff who have gone through specific "Austism, Sport and Physical Activity Training".
The coaching team as a whole has a lot of experience coaching people who are neurodiverse; they have a lot of SEN schools visit us and regularly run 1:1 coaching sessions with individuals who are neurodiverse.
