Competency
Competency is assessed through verbal and visual questioning. Climbers must watch a safety video before climbing which is captioned.

Layout & Access
There is level access from the car park into the centre. There are bathrooms on the ground floor. There is a cafe on an upper mezzanine level and there is lift access to this. There is an additional small climbing area on the first floor area, but there is no lift access to this floor.

nICAS Ascend
They do not currently offer NICAS Ascend
Anything Else...
There are downclimb holds across the centre. Tuesday 3pm - 5pm is a designated quiet time. Stripping and setting taken place 10am - 5pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Peak hours are weekdays after 3pm and weekends after 5pm. The centre is a liquid chalk only gym.
