Waivers can be completed online on personal devices or in the centre via portable tablets.
Competency
There is a safety video for climbers to watch which is captioned. Competency is assessed via verbal questioning.

There is an onsite car park which has 4 designated disabled bays marked out. 2 of these bays are almost flat, 2 are on a slight slope.

Frome Train Station is 1.5 miles from Frome Boulder Rooms. The main bus stops are in the centre of Frome which is about 1 mile away.

Layout & Access
The main doors are manual but open both ways. There are two steps inside the centre to get to reception. There is a portable ramp which is available at all times and a member of staff is happy to help with this.
Music
The centre always play background music but will turn music down or off at any time if requested.
nICAS Ascend
They do not currently offer NICAS Ascend
Anything Else...
There is a short reach circuit and a technical mini circuit with short reach friendly climbs. They have a good spread of down climb holds and easier routes to downclimb.
They host a UK Paraclimbing Collective social on the 3rd Friday of every month with reduced entry fee and a free drink on the night.
They don't have designated quiet times, but folk are welcome to ask them to turn music down / off.
They also welcome people to get in touch about any needs / questions they may have prior to arriving. They'll do whatever we can to make your visit a great one!
They set every other week, on Thursdays and Fridays, and post reminders the week before.
Specific setting dates are available at the centre.
Peak times are 4pm-9pm on weekdays, and all day on weekends.
