There is an onsite car park with designated disabled bays marked out. There is additional parking on the roadside and around the corner of the building on the road.

There are no steps into the entrance. The main doors are double, manual doors. The centre is all on 1 level.
Music
The centre play background music but will turn it down or off if requested at any time. Sunday evenings between 6pm - 8pm is a designated quiet time.

The green and yellow circuits are designed to be reach - accessible. There are down climbs throughout the centre. Route setting takes place on Friday mornings from open until 12.30pm. Peak times are weekday evenings from 5pm - 8pm and weekends between 12pm - 4pm. Sunday 6pm - 8pm is a designated quiet time.
