Waivers can be completed online, in the centre on portable or fixed tablets or on paper.

Competency

There is a safety video for people to watch if they are new to bouldering, this is not captioned. Competency is assessed through verbal or visual questioning.

There is an onsite car park with designated disabled bays. Some spaces nearby are for other businesses in the retail park and should not be parked in, especially during working hours.

Layout & Access

There are no steps to enter the building. The majority of the centre is on the ground floor - including most bouldering walls, the auto-belay walls, cafe, shop and kids area. There is an additional bouldering wall, gym and warm up area upstairs. This floor can only be accessed by stairs, with no lift.

Music 

The centre will turn background music off or down at any time if requested.

nICAS Ascend

They do not currently offer NICAS Ascend

Anything Else...

The mezzanine is set with low-reach circuits in mind. Route setting takes place on Thursdays and Fridays 9am - 5pm.
