There is a ramp to the front door. The front door is manual. Most of the bouldering walls are on the ground floor. There are some facilities on the upper floor including the training area. There is no lift access.

The centre play music and will turn it off at anytime if requested.

Routesetting takes place on a Wednesday. Peak times are on weekends and evenings. There are 2 staff who are competent in BSL who can need to be booked in advance.
