There are 4 parking spaces directly outside the centre for customers. The Victoria Shopping Centre, Town Hall and Maelgwyn Road Car Parks are all within a 5 minute walk. Street parking is available nearby but the centre kindly ask that all customers park respectfully as they are situated both in a town and residential area.

Layout & Access
There are no steps into the building. The main door is manual but is in sight of staff who will help if needed. All climbing facilities are on the ground floor. There is a 350mm mat under the bouldering wall. There is a balcony viewing point which is only accessible via steps.

The centre play background music and will turn it down or off at anytime if requested.

Anything Else...
The Boathouse Climbing Centre has approximately 200 square meters of climbing surface with a bouldering wall 4.5 meters high. The climbing tower is 8 meters high with a series of lead climbs, top rope, and 2 Auto Belay's. Route grades are accommodating to beginners and there are also ones that will challenge the most experienced climbers. The centre run regular sessions with Vision Support, Conwy Monkeys, Conwy Connect and Youth Justice.
