There is a ramp leading to the main door. The door is manual, but staff can assist if necessary. The climbing centre is all on one level.

There are downclimb holds throughout the centre. Route setting is every Monday 8.30am - 4.30pm. Further times and details are available on the website. Peak times are weekday evenings and 5pm and weekends.
