There is a safety video which is captioned. Competency is assessed through verbal questioning and physical demonstrations.
Concession Pricing
There is no disability concession pricing. Anyone who is supervising, including carers, but not climbing themselves does not have to pay for entry.

Layout & Access
There is step free access into the building. The front door is manual. Some of the roped climbs are in a dug out area 'The Pit' and can only be accessed down some steps.
Music
The centre will turn music down if requested at anytime. They will turn the music off if requested in off-peak times.

MK Deaf climbers meet and climb regularly at the centre. Routesetting times are published on social channels. Peak times are evenings & weekends.
