Waiver Information
Waivers can be completed online on your personal device or in the centre via fixed tablets. The tablets can be taken out of the holder if anyone cannot access it from the point on the wall.
Competency
Climbers have to watch a safety video before climbing and this video is captioned. Climbers are assessed on competency by verbal questions. Multiple choice written questions can be provided for those who are D/deaf or Hard of Hearing
Concession Pricing
Disability concession pricing is available at all times and there is a disability concession membership available. Carer admission depends on how involved the carer is. Free admission - if the carer is there to support the person to and from the wall, and is happy to wait in the cafe. £2.50 - entry to have access to the mats to supervise and act as support from the ground. Concession entry -Access to climb and engage with the sport at their leisure.

Layout & Access
The main door is ramped access. The door is manual but will stay in a fixed position if opened all the way. The reception and cafe are at the entrance. The centre is all on one level. There are 5 climbing arches and one gym. The gym is next to reception with level access. The climbing arches each have about one step into the arch. This is not an actual step but just the height of the mats between the floor and climbing area. This is roughly about 1ft and matting consistency. The changing rooms have no steps to access and are easy to enter, however the showers have one small step between the floor and the shower itself.
Music
The centre always have background music playing but they will turn it down or off if requested at any time.

They do not currently offer NICAS Ascend
Anything Else...
There are downclimb holds on each wall. Peak times are 4pm-9pm weekdays and 10am-5pm weekends. Our busiest days are usually Wednesdays to Friday's. Sunday evenings are very quiet. Route setting usually occurs every Wednesday morning - afternoon, but for up to date details, please contact the centre directly.
