Waiver Information
Waivers can be completed online on personal devices or in the centre via fixed tablets.
Competency
There is a safety video to watch if completing a waiver for the gym. It is unknown if this is captioned. Competency can be assessed via verbal questions, visual questions, physical demonstrations and multiple choice questions.

There is an onsite car park with no designated disabled bays marked out. The car park can be very busy when the weather is bad, especially in the holidays.

Layout & Access
There is access to the bouldering, lead climbing, top ropes, shop, food and drinks downstairs. There is more bouldering, top ropes, fun walls and a cafe upstairs. There is no lift access.
Music
The centre play background music and they will turn it down or off at anytime if requested.

They do not currently offer NICAS Ascend
Anything Else...
Downclimbs are throughout the centre. Route setting times can be found on the iClimb app, on the board in reception. The general route setting schedule is: Wall strip Sundays 5pm, setting on Monday, Tuesday and sometimes Wednesdays until about 5pm alternating between boulders and roped areas.
Peak times are generally evenings, but rainy weather is the main thing that makes the centre busy.
