Competency
Competency is assessed via verbal questioning and physical demonstration.

The climbing wall doesn't have car park however there is a public car park directly next door to the wall. This car park has 2 designated disabled spaces. The car park is on a steep hill with steps to reach street level. For ramped access you must go along the road.

Layout & Access
The climbing centre is located on the first floor of the building, with no lift access. There is a large step (approx 50cm) that must be climbed over to access the main wall.

The centre play background music and will turn it down or off at anytime if requested.

The boulder room is around 4 metres tall, with a slab side that they ensure has plenty of down climbs / lower grade climbs. They do not currently have quiet hours but would be happy to implement them if there was interest. They run kids clubs and adult evens every weekday evening which tends to be busy. Quieter times are usually on weekday daytime or weekend afternoons. The centre recommend containing them directly to check for quiet times.
