Layout & Access
The entrance to the climbing centre is level access. Upon entry is the front desk with a small cafe. Heading up a small ramp there is a storage. area for belongings, all the rope climbing, all the bouldering, the artificial cave and the toilets. Upstairs is some seating, the circuit board, airwalk and abseil tower - there is no lift to this floor. The abseil tower is also accessible via the short climbing wall.
Music
The centre will turn music down or off if requested at any time.

There is one member of staff trained in inclusive climbing, and another member of staff with conversational BSL skills. All staff are extensively experienced with neurodivergences.
