Waivers can be completed online on personal devices or in the centre on fixed tablets.
Competency
Unless already experienced, climbers must watch a safety briefing which is captioned.

Layout & Access
There are no steps into the building. The main door is manual but is often left open in the summer months. On the ground floor you can access the climbing walls, reception and bathrooms. The gym, warming up area, fingerboards, traverse wall, cave, and seating area is on the upper floor and can only be accessed via stairs. There is no lift.
Music
The centre plays background music and will turn it down at anytime if requested.
nICAS Ascend
They do not currently offer NICAS Ascend
Anything Else...
There are downclimbs throughout the centre which are designed to traverse to the easiest climbs in the centre. There are no dedicated quiet times. The centre set every day until approx. 4pm, but typically only in one room at a time. Peak times are after 4pm during the week and all day on weekends.
