Parking: There are some parking spaces along 2 sides of the centre - along Luckwell & Winterstoke Road.

Access to reception: The main front door is on the corner of Lcukwell and Winterstoke Road. The reception area is down a few steps from the front door. There is a side entrance off Luckwell Road which allows ramped, level access to the centre. Get in touch with Redpoint before your visit to arrange use of this entrance.

Registration forms and waivers can be filled out from stranding height tablets, your own mobile device or from a handheld tablet which is kept behind reception.

Access to the walls: There is step free access via a few short steep ramps to the 2 largest climbing rooms (Red & Green room). There is step free access to the Crazy climb waiting area and climbing area.

There are 5 smaller bouldering and climbing areas that are accessed via stairs. The Blue and Yellow room are accessed halfway up the main staircase (with handrails and wide steps). The Cave and Taunton bouldering rooms are at the top of the main staircase. The Slab bouldering room is accessed via the Green room staircase (handrail on one side with narrower steeper steps).

All roped climbing areas have rubber crumb flooring. The bouldering rooms have large bouldering mats and the main staircase is wooden.

The main viewing areas are up the stairs. These staircases are not straight and have variable height steps.

Accessible Toilet Facilities: There is an accessible toilet inside of the side entrance. There are also cubicle style toilets down steps from the cafe. The changing rooms and showers are at the top of the main staircase or back staircase.

Additional Information: The cafe is down steps from the main entrance or up steps from the ground level, side entrance. Staff are happy to serve customers with mobility needs at a location in the centre which suits them.

Redpoint are keen to support disabled climbers and encourage people to get in touch if they need any extra support or advice to access their centre. They regularly host paraclimbing socials in conjunction with UK Paraclimbing Collective (check out their website for more details).
