Parking: There is an onsite car park with a designated disabled bay near the entrance to the centre. 
Step-Free Entrance: The entrance to reception is level access.
Step - Free Wall Access: There is step free access to the roped walls and the bouldering mats. The café is on a mezzanine level and there is no lift to this, however staff are able to serve you from the ground floor.
Accessible Toilet Facilities: There are disabled toilet facilities
