Parking: There is a large car park with designated disabled spaces.
Access to reception: The climbing centre is in a sports centre on the lower-ground floor ( one floor down from the main reception). There is step-free access to the climbing reception round the back of the centre, or via lifts which can be accessed from the main sports centre reception. There are staff at the main reception to guide you.
Access to the walls: Once at the climbing reception, there is step-free access to the majority of the walls and bouldering mats. There is a training area and comp wall on a mezzanine level with no lift access.
Accessible Toilet Facilities: There are accessible toilets in the sports centre.
