Parking: The centre is located on a retail park where parking is free for 3 hours. There are numerous disabled bays.
Access to Reception: There is step-free access to the reception and cafe area.
Access to Walls: The majority of the bouldering walls are on the the ground floor with step-free access to the bouldering mats. There is a small wall and training area upstairs on a mezzanine level with no lift access. The fun walls are also located on the ground floor. The viewing area for the fun walls is either in the cafe on the ground floor or up on the mezzanine.
Accessible Toilet Facilities: There is an accessible toilet on the ground floor.
