Parking: There is no parking on site and surrounding streets are in Controlled Parking Area.
Access to reception: There is step-free access to the reception.
Access to the walls: There is step-free access to the bouldering mats with level walkways between the mats. There is a small gym area and traverse wall at mezzanine level which is accessed by stairs only.
Accessible Toilet Facilities: There is an accessible toilet and shower on the ground floor.

Additional Travel Information: Stratford Station is 10 minutes walk away and has level access from street to platform. Wheelchair ramps (National Rail, Elizabeth line, Central line) and mini ramps (Jubilee line) are available.
An eastbound bus stop (routes 25, 276, 425, D8, N8, N25) is located directly outside the venue. The westbound bus stop served by the same routes is circa 250 metres away using pedestrian crossings.
The venue is served by Cycleway 2 (formerly Cycle Superhighway 2) with a dropped vehicle kerb leading into the site.
